Healing Thoughts


Training our thoughts is a process that takes some work.  Our world has been so negative that if you kept track of every single thought you had during the day you would notice how negative your thoughts are.

Every thought you have goes into the Universe and either brings you joy or depression and then creates it for you.   In order to change a thought it is necessary to practice every day taking that negative thought and making it positive until it becomes a habit.
To create a better life for yourself and spiritually heal yourself in the process, it is imperative to change your thinking.  Of course it has to be done in baby steps so just pick out one to work on until it’s mastered before taking on another.

Think about your challenges. For instance if one of your challenges is losing weight, what do you tell yourself every day?. Do you say, “it’s so hard for me to lose weight”?.  “I am fat”!  “I always crave junk food”! “Everything I eat makes me fat so why bother”!  If that is your self talk then change all those statements into a positive and say those until they become your new habit.  Say affirming statements such as, “my weight falls off easily”. “I am my perfect weight”, I eat only healthy food and what my body needs”. “Cravings are my body telling me I need to eat that at this moment in time”. “I release any worrisome thoughts as  I am always provided for”.

Whatever challenge you have, turn it around!  Spiritually heal yourself by changing what you think and what you say to yourself.

“Since you alone are responsible for your thoughts, only you can change them. You will want to change them when you realize that each thought creates according to its own nature. Remember that the law works at all times and that you are always demonstrating according to the kind of thoughts you habitually entertain. Therefore, start now to think only those thoughts that will bring you health and happiness.”
